1. Business Identity

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Afrika Collection platform and the purchase of any physical artifacts. Afrika Collection is a registered entity operating out of Africa Reit Lane, Karen, Nairobi, Kenya. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge our role as a curator and custodian of cultural heritage.

2. Authenticity & Artisanal Variation

We take pride in the soul of our pieces. Please note:

• Natural Variations: Hand-carved soapstones and woodwork are unique. No two pieces are identical.
• Antique Integrity: Historical pieces may show signs of age (patina, minor fissures) which are considered markers of authenticity, not defects.

3. Payment & Transactions

Secure payments are handled via Paystack. All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). For international orders, your bank will handle the conversion to your local currency at their prevailing rate.

4. Global Shipping & Export

We facilitate global logistics from Nairobi. Responsibility for customs duties, local taxes, and ensuring compliance with your country's import regulations for specific wood types or antique materials rests with the buyer.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nairobi.
